R666 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules and Policies

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service available on the r666, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gambling.

By using the platform, you fully and irrevocably accept these Terms. If you disagree with any provision contained herein, you must not use the services of the r666. Registration on the platform is voluntary and implies acceptance of all current terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on r666 and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Not be under legal guardianship or any legal restriction that prevents you from performing civil acts;
• Not have been previously banned or had an account closed due to a Terms violation on r666;
• Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or immediate family member of an employee of the r666 or its partners;
• Not reside in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by applicable local laws.

Each user may maintain only one active account on r666. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent bonus limits, restrictions, or any other policy will be closed without prior notice, and balances may be confiscated depending on the severity of the violation.

The information provided during registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. The r666 is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect or outdated information provided by the user. Any changes to account details must be reported to the platform.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The r666 follows identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer — KYC) in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing legislation (Law No. 9.613/1998 and COAF regulations).

To complete verification, the user must provide the following documents when requested by the platform:

• Photo ID (valid national ID, driver's license, or passport) front and back;
• CPF (may appear on the ID card or driver's license);
• Proof of address recent (last 3 months) in the account holder's name;
• Selfie with your identity document, following the platform's instructions;
• In specific cases, proof of source of funds for higher-volume transactions.

The r666 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including from already verified users. Refusing to provide valid documentation may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

The standard document review period is up to 24 business hours after full submission. Cases requiring further analysis may take up to 5 business days.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

The r666 accepts exclusively the following deposit methods, all operated by Brazilian providers:

• Pix — instant, available 24/7, including holidays;
• Boleto bancário — cleared within 1 business day after payment;
• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago;
• TED Transfer by major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. There is no defined maximum limit; the platform may request additional documentation for higher-volume deposits in accordance with current KYC procedures.

Every deposit must be made using a payment method issued in the name of the account holder at r666. Deposits made by third parties will be returned to the sender and may result in the suspension of the receiving account.

5 Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, the user must have completed the identity verification process (KYC) and met any applicable bonus rollover requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00, with no additional fee charged by r666.

The standard withdrawal method is Pix, with an average processing time of up to 3 minutes after the request, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Pix key used must be linked to the same CPF registered on the platform account.

The r666 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or in situations that require compliance review. In such cases, the processing time may be extended by up to 5 business days.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited;
• A deposit must have been made before the first withdrawal;
• The r666 may require that the deposited amount be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is released, even when no active bonus is in place;
• Withdrawals of balances derived exclusively from bonuses are subject to the applicable rollover;
• In the event of suspicious activity, the platform may temporarily suspend withdrawals pending a security review.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

The r666 offers periodic bonuses and promotions to its users. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on each offer's page. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Welcome bonus: available only to first-time registrants. The bonus of up to R$ 500.00 requires a 10x rollover of the bonus amount in Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50, to be met within 30 calendar days of the credit;
• Rollover: cancelled bets, void bets, cashouts, and bets on restricted markets do not count toward rollover calculations;
• Use of multiple accounts: using multiple accounts to collect bonuses is considered abuse and results in immediate cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure;
• Hedge bets: betting on the same event from opposing sides — including through different accounts — may be considered bonus abuse;
• Expiration: unused bonuses within the indicated period will be automatically cancelled without prior notice;
• Changes: the r666 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

The VIP Program at r666 and the weekly cashback are automatic benefits for active users. Cashback percentages by level (Bronze to Diamond) are published on the VIP Program page and may be adjusted by the platform with prior notice.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at the r666 are governed by the general rules below, supplemented by the sport-specific rules published in the platform's help section:

• Bet confirmation: a bet is considered accepted once confirmed by the system and appearing in the user's betting history. The r666 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error;
• Live odds: odds are subject to change at any time before the market closes. Confirmed bets are not retroactively affected;
• Postponed games: bets placed on games postponed before kick-off are cancelled and the stake refunded. In parlays, the cancelled selection is removed and the ticket remains valid with the remaining selections;
• Abandoned games: bets on games abandoned after they begin follow the sport-specific rules. In general, the result at the time of abandonment is used if the game has reached a minimum completion threshold (e.g., 80% of regulation time in football);
• Odds errors: the r666 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (e.g., odds of 100.00 on a highly probable outcome);
• Maximum bets: the platform may impose betting limits per event or market. Bets exceeding the limit will be partially accepted up to the maximum permitted amount;
• Cashout: available on selected markets, subject to availability at the time of the request. The cashout value is calculated in real time and may be lower than the original stake.

8 Online Poker & Casino

The online poker and casino games at r666 operate with a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent audit. The outcome of each hand or round is completely random and independent of previous results.

• Poker: the rules for each variant (Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Short Deck) are published in the poker help section. In the event of a disconnection during an active hand, the hand is automatically resolved by the system in accordance with the published rules;
• Rake: at poker cash tables, the r666 charges a rake of 5% of the pot with a cap per blind level, as shown in the poker lobby table;
• Tournaments: by registering for a tournament, the user accepts the published rules and blind structure. Buy-ins for cancelled tournaments are refunded in full;
• Live Casino: live dealer games follow the game rules displayed at the table. Disconnections during an active round are resolved according to the table state at the time of reconnection;

9 Acceptable Use of the Platform

By using the services of r666, you agree not to engage in, directly or indirectly, any of the following conduct:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or third-party information during registration or any verification process;
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages on bonuses or promotions;
• Using automation software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to manipulate games or bets;
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports result manipulation;
• Placing coordinated hedge bets across multiple accounts to secure undue bonus profits;
• Share account credentials with third parties or allow third parties to use your account;
• Taking any action that compromises the security or integrity of the platform.

The r666 uses automated systems and human review to detect suspicious activity. Accounts identified with any of the above behaviors may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed, with or without prior notice, at the platform's sole discretion.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

The r666 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information or fraudulent documentation;
• Suspected money laundering or other unlawful activities;
• Refusal to provide documentation requested during the KYC process;
• Use of multiple accounts or bonus abuse;
• Extended account inactivity (no access for more than 12 consecutive months).

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing suporte@r666.express. Voluntary closure involves the settlement of any active bets and the processing of withdrawals for available balances, subject to applicable security checks.

Balances in accounts closed due to Terms violations may be withheld by the r666 depending on the severity of the violation and applicable legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gambling

The r666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides the following tools to all users:

• Deposit limits: configurable by day, week, or month, effective immediately with a 24-hour waiting period for increases (decreases take effect right away);
• Betting limit: maximum stake limit per individual bet;
• Session time limit: automatic notification after a set period of continuous use;
• Temporary self-exclusion: account block from 24 hours up to 30 days, effective immediately;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure with a block on new registrations using the same CPF;
• Full history: full access to your complete betting, deposit, and withdrawal history in the account area.

Violation of this clause exposes the offender to civil and criminal penalties under Brazilian law.

14 Limitation of Liability

The platform r666 is provided "as is" and "as available". The r666 does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and is not liable for any technical outages, internet connectivity failures, or temporary system unavailability.

The r666 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including, without limitation, loss of expected profits or betting opportunities.

The maximum liability of the r666 for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

15 Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The r666 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 (seven) days in advance via the registered email and/or a platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must request account closure before the effective date.

In the event of a conflict between versions of these Terms in different languages, the Brazilian Portuguese version shall always prevail.
